About This Tour

The 10,000 Islands Through Your Lens

The Private Photography Safari is designed for one purpose: giving serious photographers and birders unobstructed access to the most extraordinary wildlife photography locations in Southwest Florida, guided by people who know every nesting site, every feeding flat, and every seasonal pattern.

Your Florida Master Naturalist guide will plan your route around your specific subjects of interest — whether that's roseate spoonbills at their colonial nesting sites, bald eagles fishing over open water, dolphins at sunrise, or the abstract textures of ancient mangrove roots. The 10,000 Islands offers world-class subject matter in every direction.

The boat is maneuvered specifically for photography. Your guide understands light, understands angles, and understands that the difference between a good shot and a great shot is often a matter of 20 feet and 2 minutes of patience. They have been photographing this ecosystem for over two decades.

This tour is fully private and fully customized. Two to three hours is the recommended duration, but we can extend by arrangement. Bring whatever gear you need — there are no baggage restrictions on a private boat.
