General FAQs
Goodland Boating Park — 750 Palm Point Dr, Goodland, FL 34140.
All guests are welcome regardless of vaccination status. We follow current CDC and local health guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Every tour includes a certified Florida Master Naturalist guide, US Coast Guard licensed captain, life jackets for all ages, and comprehensive wildlife narration throughout.
Manatees are wild, wide-ranging animals, and while the 10,000 Islands offer great habitat for them, sightings can never be guaranteed. Water clarity, temperature, tides, and the manatees’ own movements all play a role in whether we cross paths with one on any given day. Our crew keeps a sharp eye out and will do everything possible to spot them, but please know that a manatee encounter is a special bonus — not a promised part of the tour.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your tour are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled if available. If weather cuts a tour short: partial refund if less than halfway complete, no refund if more than halfway complete. Your safety, and our crew’s, always comes first.
Full payment is collected at time of booking through our secure FareHarbor system. No separate deposit is required.
Sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), water, snacks, a hat, sunglasses, closed-toe shoes for island walking, a camera, and bug spray. A light jacket is recommended for early morning departures. Shell bags are provided, so no need to bring your own!
